Danielle

Danielle can't point to a singular moment in time when she decided she wanted to work with animals for a living. What she can recall are the countless times she would see an animal sick or abandoned and the deep sorrow and helplessness she felt as a result. She knew deep down that she wanted to make a difference somehow. As a veterinary assistant, Danielle now plays a key role in helping animals in need, and she's never felt more fulfilled!

Danielle's journey began at a local clinic in Batavia, but soon after starting there, she felt compelled to join a practice that offered fear-free care. She found exactly what she was looking for here at Knoll Animal Hospital. Professionally, Danielle finds great joy in seeing patients who were once very sick return for their follow-ups feeling happy and healthy again.

Outside of work, Danielle has two dogs of her own: Lord and Princess. Lord believes it's his duty to protect the neighborhood from squirrels and chipmunks, while Princess would rather be snoozing. Danielle's personal interests include playing video games, watching K-dramas, and listening to K-pop. In particular, she appreciates the message BTS spreads about positivity, self-love, and mental health.
