Most caring employees. They love animals! They answer all my questions, even if they don't know, they will contact you after your visit for the answer. They kept my cat calm and were gentle too.
I had to put down my beloved guinea pig of nearly 6 years and the staff was so patient and compassionate they truly brought me and my partner peace and showed us empathy in a time where it was needed most. Ps. Pita was very helpful too! Thank you kitty :)

We love Knoll and all the doctors and techs there! Our dog is nervous around people and can be loud and reactive, but their free-free practice makes every trip so much less stressful. They really care about their clients. We drive a bit farther to go here and it's worth it .

When Mya comes in she is immediately comfortable with the staff. Animals are good at judging who they can and can’t trust.
